Chelsea thrash Noah FC with 8-0 victory in Conference League

Chelsea delivered a dominant performance on Thursday night, dismantling Armenian side Noah FC with a stunning 8-0 win at Stamford Bridge. By halftime, the Blues had already established a commanding 6-0 lead, adding two more goals after the break to cap off a resounding victory.

Chelsea’s offensive masterclass

Noah FC, entering the match with three points after a win against Mlada Boleslav, faced an uphill battle against a powerful Chelsea squad. Any hopes they might have had for a favorable result were dashed within the first 20 minutes, as Chelsea surged to a 4-0 lead. Goals from Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Guiu, Axel Disasi, and two strikes from João Félix left Noah FC reeling. Mykhaylo Mudryk added another before halftime, making it 6-0 as the teams headed to the dressing rooms.

Second-half domination

After the break, Chelsea lowered the tempo but remained in control. Despite the slower pace, Noah FC struggled to create any meaningful chances against Chelsea's relentless attack. Former PSV forward Noni Madueke remained on the bench, but his teammates continued to push forward. Two second-half goals from Christopher Nkunku extended Chelsea’s lead to 8-0, completing the rout. Although Noah FC managed eight shots on target, they couldn’t break through Chelsea’s defense to score a consolation goal.

Chelsea’s perfect start in the Conference League

The 8-0 victory places Chelsea firmly at the top of the Conference League with a flawless record of nine points from three matches. They share the top position with teams like Legia Warsaw, Jagiellonia Bialystok, Rapid Vienna, FC Heidenheim, and Vitoria de Guimarães. With tonight's eight goals, Chelsea now boasts a significantly higher goal difference than any of the other unbeaten teams in the competition. As Chelsea look ahead, their impressive offensive form and rock-solid defense will be critical as they aim to make a deep run in the Conference League.
